    ZACH ROBERTS | Owner & President

    Owner and President Zach Roberts is a 4th generation home builder with over 20 years of experience with complex homebuilds. His passion for the industry runs deep, and client satisfaction even deeper. There isn't a build or challenge he isn't able to tackle head-on. 

  • JEFF STEPENSON | Project Manager

    Jeff Stephenson began his career in high-end custom building in 2015, quickly earning a reputation for staying ahead of challenges and delivering personalized solutions. He combines professionalism with a personal touch to meet each client’s unique needs. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and being a dedicated father and husband.

    For 18 years, DJ has built exceptional custom homes and remodels in the greater Seattle area. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving, he consistently earns the trust of his clients. When not on the job site, he’s cheering on his three boys on the sidelines or tackling home projects with his lovely wife.
